IntegrityChain is designed to make reporting financial misconduct safe, anonymous, and impactful. Below is our transparent process from submission to potential disclosure.

Step 1: Check If Your Report Is Eligible

We focus on funded startups, particularly those with:

  • Venture capital or grant funding
  • Active operations and public presence
  • Financial misconduct that affects stakeholders

Reports are accepted from:

  • Employees (past or present)
  • Vendors, contractors, and partners
  • Auditors, investors, or insiders

If you're unsure, submit it — we will assess it confidentially.

Step 2: Prepare Your Report Anonymously

We strongly encourage you to:

  • Use the Tor browser
  • Remove metadata from documents and images
  • Submit via our .onion portal or encrypted form
  • Use PGP email or anonymous mail providers (e.g., ProtonMail)
Your identity is never required — settlements are done in crypto.

Step 3: Submit the Report

Our submission form allows you to:

  • Describe the misconduct (who, what, when)
  • Upload supporting evidence (optional but encouraged)
  • Indicate whether you want a follow-up or reward contact

All data is encrypted and sanitized before review.

Step 4: Verification & Internal Review

We carefully assess each report by:

  1. Verifying credibility (based on evidence/context)
  2. Redacting identifying information
  3. Determining severity and impact

You may be contacted anonymously (via PGP or secure inbox) for clarification.

Step 5: Resolution or Reward (If Applicable)

In eligible cases:

  • Companies are approached privately for settlement
  • Whistleblowers may receive crypto-based rewards (e.g., USDT or Monero)
  • Identity is never disclosed — even during company contact

Step 6: Press Release (If Misconduct Is Ignored)

If:

  • The report is verified
  • The company ignores outreach or refuses dialogue

We may issue a public press release summarizing the findings.

⚠️ This is never used for extortion.
It's a last-resort measure to protect future stakeholders and hold companies accountable.

Whistleblower's identity is never exposed in any publication.

FAQs

1. What kind of misconduct can I report?
You can report any suspected financial misconduct within a funded startup, including misappropriation of investor funds, fake invoices, personal expenses billed to the company, payroll fraud, or investor misrepresentation.
2. Who can submit a report?
We accept reports from employees, vendors, investors, or anyone with credible, direct knowledge of financial wrongdoing.
3. Will my identity be exposed?
Never. We don’t ask for names or emails unless you opt to share. No cookies, tracking, or IP logs are used.
4. How do rewards work?
If your report leads to a resolution, you may receive a crypto-based reward anonymously — typically USDT or Monero.
5. Will you publish reports publicly?
Only if the company ignores resolution. We publish fact-based press releases with no personal data or threats involved.
6. Is this legal?
Yes. We operate from jurisdictions that support press freedom and ethical whistleblowing like Iceland. We do not extort or sell data.
7. Can I submit without proof?
Yes. While evidence helps, it's not mandatory. All reports are reviewed for credibility and internal consistency.
8. How do you verify reports?
Through internal checks, public records, forensic review of evidence, and pattern recognition. We only act on credible leads.
9. What is the .onion link? How do I access it?
Using the Tor browser, visit our .onion site for full anonymity. It’s listed on our Privacy Guide page.
10. What tools should I use to stay anonymous?
Tor Browser, ProtonMail, MAT2 for stripping metadata, and PGP encryption are all recommended. See our Privacy Guide.
11. Can companies respond or contest a report?
Yes. We offer companies the opportunity to clarify, resolve, or settle — before anything is published.
12. What if someone files a fake report?
We filter for fraud, personal attacks, and revenge-driven submissions. IntegrityChain is about truth — not gossip.
